" A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men." ~Roald Dahl

As an actor, it is imperative that I maintain daily contact with myself, my art, and what makes me unique. This can be difficult as I do not always have time and money to take classes between gigs. Jackie Hayes, my fourth semester advisor in Grad school and over-all remarkably inspiring artist, scholar, and woman, recommended a daily gesture, or 'making.'  She said "It builds attention to one's practice in small, regular ways, which not only engages one's spirit but keep those muscles exercised for bigger projects. I'm a big fan."
Much of my work is heavy. Heavy topics, heavy time commitments. I live in gravitas. Hoping to get back to my original clown roots (I was always the comic relief until I demanded a tragic role) I hoped to re-discover my personal clown. This page is dedicated to this practice.
